Duo Fast tools require working pressure over 70 psig (about 5 bar). Optimum pressure value is the lowest which is enough for full drive in at fast work speed mode. It is easy to check flow capacity drop using manometer . First check initial compressor’s pressure , then value on stand controller. If during drive in process occurs rapid arrow shift down the scale it means that somewhere in the system there is air pressure constraint. The bigger pressure drop the more serious problem. There might be different causes of that: clogged filter, inadequate control unit, impaired manometer, pressure hose burst or untight quick joint. In order to spot the cause it is necessary to measure input and output pressure of every element along supply line. The damage spot will be one with high input and low output pressure.
