For correct tool operation, supply system has to be equipped with air treatment kit, which consists of: Filter Purifies air polluted by inside compressor’s container corroding, dust, dirt, oil leaks, humidity. Air dehumidification prevents freezing up while working in low temperatures. Controller The most important for correct tool’s work is to maintain adequate pressure. If pressure is too high, parts wear in shorter time. If pressure is too low, tool works bad or stops working. Oil feeder We can’t expect that high quality lubricants which were put on by manufacturer or during service will stay inside the tool forever. It is important to install oil feeder, which will lubricate tool with oil mist, produced by air rush. Attention Some tools are oil free (marked OILESS). In that case using any pressure lubrication is forbidden, because it causes immediate piston, cylinder and shock absorber ( tool’s most expensive parts ) damage. |
