Other directions for supply system operational use:
- Minimum recommended joint diameter is 3/8 inch N.P.T.
- Required filters are 50 micrometer or better
- Air pressure regulator should work in a range between 0-8 bar
- Use low or variable air flow oil feeders
- All tubes and flexible conductors should have suitably large diameter in order to prevent pressure drops
- Main system’s tube should get lowered ( about 5 mm per meter ), install dehydrator at the lowest point
- For supply system with more than 4 outlets closed continuous system is recommended
- If main system’s tube is very long it is necessary to install extra tank at the most distant point from compressor
- Install station’s outlets over main tube
- Cut off valves install at every outlet station and on main line
- Every station’s outlet own water drain cock
- Treatment features install at tool’s work stands
- Install professional air dehumidifier
- Flexible air tubes require adequate diameter and should be as short as possible
Pay attention to:
- Hose’s bursts, cracks and leaks
- Daily filter containers drainage
- Correct oil feeder work, check oil level
- Daily compressors container water drainage
- Filters purity
- Pressure regulators efficiency
